The origin story took a twist last night when Raydient revealed it had been approached by the city to transition the two DRIs to an MPD.

When? Whom? No answer, other than a vague reference to the 2024 comp plan rewrite.

Was the comp plan just a scheme to let builders do whatever they want out west, as was suspected in the last election?
